I had Joe out to the house I am purchasing today he was running a little early and I was unable to meet him the wife was home but is very uncomfortable with other people in the home when no one is home with her. she called me as soon as he left to let me know she was laughing with him by the time he left and felt very safe about his visit. I can't thank him enough for the great experience from scheduling to getting the reports I received shortly after his visit.
