Went to the Cape Coral store people were nice and food was great!!
We have been there twice.....a couple months ago and last Friday night 3/18 both times we were disappointed. Everything is drenched in grease. Pizza with crust half inch thick and very little on top, wings swimming in grease and even the Bosco stix were mostly dough. Gave them a second chance but no more. We're done!
There is nothing IL Primo about this place in Fort Myers anyway. Today is second time i went there and just like the first time service was horrible. There is a guy taking my order and asked my name to call out when done and another just sitting behind counter and just looking at computer screen or something like that. Pizza was so greasy, as soon as we picked up one slice, All the cheese fell off.
Went to the location in golden gate and the manager was rude ,mean and started pointless arguments with a few costumers. Never going back not profesional at all !! And a few people including I saw the “manager” spit on some of the orders before laying it on the counter! Maybe it just wasn’t his day but I’ll never go back again !

They treat employees horribly. Firing them on the spot with no forewarning or previous counciling.The firing coming from the GM but through the site manager who then claims he has no idea why, just delivering the message! Staff are fired for legitimate reasons like doing drugs at work but others are fired unjustly for no apparent reason! The GM of Ft. Myers should have the BALLS to at least meet with an employee in person and give some kind of reason for firing them! Of course Florida is a right to work state so you, the G... read more
