They treat employees horribly. Firing them on the spot with no forewarning or previous counciling.The firing coming from the GM but through the site manager who then claims he has no idea why, just delivering the message! Staff are fired for legitimate reasons like doing drugs at work but others are fired unjustly for no apparent reason! The GM of Ft.
